Shipping & Returns
RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction with The Bag and any product we sell. If you are not satisfied, we will accept your return and issue a full refund, so long as the product is returned in new condition within 30 days of your receipt of it. Clothing returns must be unwashed.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@rideparc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ISSUES & DEFECTS
We pride ourselves on quality control, but if a product you receive has an issue or defect, we will replace it for you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll provide you a replacement with a return label, so you can simply box up the defective unit item and drop it in the mail. Email sam@rideparc.com with the details, and use the subject line "Defect replacement."
SHIPPING
We are not currently shipping outside of the United States.
We are still figuring out cost effective distribution outside of the US. If you are interested in purchasing bags from outside of the US please reach out to hello@rideparc.com so that we may note your interest. The more interest we have, the easier it will be to find a solution.
We do our best to keep shipping prices down. Our Bags are not small and shipping is not cheap. We cover about half of the actual shipping cost of every item we sell.
